A team of Extension County educators and State Specialists developed the 2021 Badger Crop Connect (BCC) webinar series to provide timely information on current and emerging crop production topics. The audience included: farmers, agronomists/crop consultants, agency personnel, and other agricultural professionals. This series was offered on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month. Participant log-ins numbered 1042 for 14 webinars occurring from March through October. A total of 455 continuing education credits were earned by Certified Crop Advisors.

Ninety-five percent (95%) of those returning the survey either “strongly agreed” or “somewhat agreed” that attending the BCC webinar series was a valuable use of their time and 61.67% strongly agreed that the content level met their expectations. Thirty-six percent (36%) of farmers reported that they implemented the knowledge they learned on over 50% of their acreage.
