Kevin played a key role in six agenda items at a recent town plan commission meeting where he was asked to provide draft ordinance language and explanations, and recommend options for a variety of land use issues.

At a meeting requested by a town long-range planning committee chairperson, Kevin was asked to explain the ways in which the town’s Comprehensive Plan and Future Land Use Map would impact town decision-making in regard to a proposed rezone and commercial development near a major tourist attraction if the proposed development is within a residential neighborhood and natural resource area.
