Horse Project Member in Good Standing: In order to exhibit at the Sheboygan County Fair and other State Events members must attend 5 county meetings.  One meeting must be 1 of the 2 mandatory handbook meetings held in January and March, and the pre-Fair Mandatory meeting held in August.
